Refund Policy

Outdoor & Indoor Refund Policy

Individual Refunds
Any request for a refund must be received in writing at least 3 business weekdays prior to the first scheduled gameday of the season (email [email protected] and include the player's full name, birth year, and reason for the request). Requests must be submitted by the primary account holder on the player's account. No refund requests submitted after the deadline will be considered. A $25 processing fee is applied to all refunds. Play-up fees, late fees, service fees, and credit card processing fees are non-refundable.

Season Refunds
In the event an outdoor or indoor season concludes before all games are played (e.g. due to weather - rain/snow/ice/heat, access to fields, or other causes) no refunds will be issued if a minimum of 6 games for an outdoor season or a minimum of 4 games for an indoor season were completed.

Indoor Travel Player Limit Refunds
A travel player who is not able to be placed on a team due to the travel player limit will be issued a refund minus the service fee and credit card processing fee. The refund will be automatically issued after the second scheduled gameday of the indoor season in which the player is registered. The player's travel status must be accurately disclosed on the registration form to receive a refund.


Camp Refund Policy

Refund requests minus the $25 processing fee and non-refundable $3 service charge will be granted up to 15 calendar days prior to the first day of whichever camp session in which you have enrolled your child.  

If your child is unable to attend for any reason (sickness, travel, etc.) we will only honor refunds requested within our outlined time frame above. All refund requests must be submitted to [email protected]

Camp Weather Policy
Half Day campers are not entitled to a refund of any kind. Full Day campers, if there is more than one day of severe weather (excessive heat, thunderstorms, etc.) causing scheduling modifications, participants who are signed up for a full day of camp will receive a refund at the rate of a half day camper only on the second and subsequent days of cancellation.
